The BEST Italian Beef Sandwiches & Weekend Potluck #42

Welcome to Weekend Potluck!  Where friends and foodies meet and eat ALLLL weekend long.

First up, Flashback Friday!  Because, some things are just worth repeating.

Today I want to share our families FAVORITE Crock pot sandwich. The meat itself is PACKED with flavor, but if that wasn’t enough, you broil it to butter toast the bun and melt the provolone cheese! OH MY WORD.  Best EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

  4. Yes Yes I love it when this Beef sandwich shows up!
I had a few posts about it under the original post and have to say it is still our top go to recipe for Beef sandwiches!
I just said to hubby yesterday I had a taste for it so it will be on our dinner table very soon.
It also freezes very well and if you have a small amount left over freeze it and the next time you make a beef vegetable soup or any beefy type soup throw that in the pot as a starter it’s amazing:)
We have had left overs over rice or egg noodles just to make sure we use up every drop of it !
    Thanks again!!
