OH MY GOODNESS, is this cake ever moist and delicious! You are going to love it. It could almost pass as a breakfast cake, and I think it’d be fantastic for Christmas morning, with this Overnight Sausage & Egg Casserole !!!!
Vanilla Spice Egg Nog Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 1 package Golden Vanilla Cake Mix
- 4 ounces, weight Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix
- ¾ cups Vanilla Spice Egg Nog
- ¾ cups Oil
- 4 whole Eggs
- ½ teaspoons Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350*. In mixing bowl, combine cake mix powder with pudding mix, egg nog and oil. Beat at low speed until combined. Add eggs and nutmeg and beat thoroughly.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes, then invert. Cool completely before serving.
Mmm, you will not believe how moist and AMAZING this cake is!
