Peaches & Cream Cheesecake Cups

Eeek! These cheesecake cups are as Darling as they are DELICIOUS!  The idea for these cups comes from my friend, Jocelyn over at Inside BruCrew Life, except hers is totally the healthy version. Peaches & Cream Cheesecake Cups: As delicious as they are ADORABLE!

Ingredients

FOR THE CRUST:

  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • ¼ cups Sugar

FOR THE CHEESECAKE:

  • 4 packages (8 Oz. Each) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 3 ounces Peach Jello
  • 2 cups Fresh Peaches, Peeled And Diced
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, Plus More For Topping If Desired

Preparation Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar together and press into bottoms of jars. Set aside extra for layer two on larger jars.
Beat together cream cheese with sugar. Add dry jello powder and cool whip. Fold in peaches.
In the bottom of 6, 8 ounce jars and 12, 4 ounce jars, press a nice layer of graham crumbs. Fill 8 ounce jars half way, add more crumbs, fill to the top, press and smooth to pack. Fill 4 ounce jars to the top, press and smooth to pack.  {This also can be made in 1-9×13 pan if you’d rather!}
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set. Serve with more cool whip on top if desired.

A delicious no bake, summer treat!
