Sausage & Spinach Quiche

This Quiche is sooooo delicious!  And honestly, I have never been a huge fan of Quiche, but when I tried this for the first time at my friend, Tiffany’s house. It was love at first BITE!!!!!!

Savory sausage, creamy cream cheese, healthy spinach that you don’t even know is in there, and cheese. Lots of yummy cheese!  We always have this for breakfast, but there is just no reason this couldn’t be supper too.

  2. I used to make one similiar to this one yrs. ago when I worked….came from a lady named Jackie, it was called Jackie’s spinach quiche…..so I guess she owned it…..it too, was crustless, but not sure if it had sausage in it or not…..but your recipe sounds good, and I love that it is crustless…..no one really eats the crust anyways eh? I never did…..I like crust on my apple, peach, etc pies, but no crust on my quiche 🙂 I will definitely make this…..thanks Tonya for sharing…..does your kids like quiche also ?

I adore hearing from you, comment away! :)
