I realize that in my half-witty attempt to make this meal Trick or Treat and Fall Fest Appropriate, I also spelled the word: Booger. As in, the nasty things that come out of your child’s nose and ends up only the Lord knows where.
SO, make sure when you read this, you read it like……..
BOO!
Ah, you scared me!!!!
Followed by the ‘ger’ of burger. Mk? Work with me here, people.
So, Destiny first had this recipe at Aunt Lucy’s house and went NUTS over it!
Honestly, it’s a little too Hamburger Helper-ish for me, however I can see how this simple comfort food would be such a hit with kiddos! Mom too, as it comes together very easily and only gets one pot dirty! Should be a fast supper before you head out tonight!

In the same large pot, now empty, brown hamburger with onions and salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Sprinkle flour over beef and add milk and cheese. Stir to thicken, adding more milk as necessary to maintain a creamy consistency.

Have fun and be safe tonight!
