We have been Christmas Treat baking FOOLS at our house lately!!!!
We are making Christmas Kisses, Rolo Candy Pretzels, Caramel Roll Cookies, Chocolate Dipped Spritz Cookies, Buckeyes, and of course, Spiced Crackers. I’d be dead meat if I didn’t make a double batch of those!

Today I want to share with you, the recipe for Butterscotch Bites. My BFF, Kasey shared these Christmas treats with me many years ago! And we LOVE them!
She says you can even eat them for breakfast since they are corn flakes and peanut butter!!!! haha 🙂
Butterscotch Bites

- 4 bags Of Name Brand Butterscotch Chips {11 Oz Each}
- 18 ounces, weight Jar Of Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 14 ounces, weight Box Of Corn Flakes {8 Cups}
On the stove top on low heat, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together, stirring carefully so it doesn’t scorch.
Dump cornflakes in a large bowl, pour melted butterscotch chips and peanut butter over all and stir carefully.
Drop butterscotch covered cornflakes by the spoonful onto wax paper. Cool or freeze to set up before storing in tupperware.
