Oh my goodness you all, I ADOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE anything S’Mores. For real, any day, any time, real over the fire, or whipped up in my kitchen. I love S’mores ALMOST as much as I love Caramel, almost, but not quite.
Let’s take a little walk down S’Mores Memory Lane:

I Want S’More Bars

And for the latest in the line up of S’mores favorites, is this little number. This recipe ties for FIRST with the chewy no bake cereal bars!!!! No wait, those recipes both tie for second to the S’Mores Pie that still rules at this house. HOW could I forget such an important pie! My goodness.
This dessert reminds me a little bit of a moon pie, and I have to say, the longer you let it sit, the better. I am talking like 3 days, so the graham crackers get soft. Just plan to make it well in advance, which is always nice, so make it in advance and fogeddaboutit until your party or BBQ.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Box Of Honey Graham Crackers
- 14 ounces, weight Marshmallow Creme
- 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip , Thawed
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 11-½ ounces, weight Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, High Quality For Best Results
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Whip marshmallow creme and cool whip together until fluffy and creamy. Add vanilla and blend well.
Line the bottom of a 9×13 glass pan with graham crackers, breaking them in half to puzzle piece it together. Spread 1/3 of the marshmallow whip on top. Repeat this until you have 3 layers of each: Graham layer, marshmallow goo, graham, goo, graham, goo. Place in the fridge.
Over medium heat in a small pot, melt chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream, stirring well to prevent scorching or curdling. Once melted, turn heat off and add salt, stirring every few minutes for 15 minutes.
Spread chocolate layer over your pan of marshmallow goo and graham cracker layers, and return to the fridge for at least one day, if not 3. I am telling you day 3 was by far my fav, because the graham crackers got softer.
Cut and serve like a brownie, no fork needed unless you are all dainty and lady like. But watch out, even with a fork that gooey marshmallow layer will get ya!
Serious, AMAZING.

I’m not wild about marsh(a)mallows ;-} but I do believe I would gobble this dish up too. Looks mighty tasty and easy too. Thanks for sharing your arsenal of S’More Goodies.
This is a dangerous post haha!!
This cake looks YUMMY! I am a s’more’s lover too!
I hope you’ll swing by and share this post with my recipe link party The Yuck Stops Here. This week’s party starts tonight (Tuesday) at 8pm ET and ends Sunday evening. We can always be found on my blog, Hot Momma’s Kitchen Chaos, at mommasangelbaby (dot) com! Hope to see you there & HUGS
This is sitting in my fridge right now! As soon as I saw it I knew that I need to make it!!! I have a recipe for a cake but, this one is so much more simple. It is going to wait the full 3 days. I am not sure how we will let it do that but, I am going to try and be good!!!
Thanks for sharing!!!:)
Take a nibble tomorrow, just to see what you think, tee hee! It’s still yummy, but by the third day, oh man, it was way better because the crackers were softer. I also think you could do this with more fluff and like the eclair style cake, with 18 ounces of cool whip, and the crackers would soften faster.
Enjoy! 🙂
Well, we have a winner!!!! Hubby gave it 2 thumbs up!!!!! He kept telling me how much he liked this one over the cake that I have made in the past. He kept going back and taking more! I think he ate more then the rest of us! I had to put it in the fridge so there would be more for the rest of us later!!!! haha! And, WOW! I really loved it too! I am totally going to be making this again.
I didn’t have cool whip but had some of the real stuff so I used that instead. I also used cinnamon graham crackers because they had no more of the honey ones at the store( must be last weekend EVERYONE was making s’mores!). But, I have to say that they were very good with those. Hubby kept saying how he really liked the cinnamon flavor it added to it.
So, Thanks for sharing. We WILL be having this one again I am sure!
