Asian Noodle Stir Fry

I LOOOVE using Authentic flavors and ingredients to create yummy dishes. Like real Mozzarella for Italian, Cotija cheese for Mexican and now?  Rice noodles, fish sauce and curry paste for Stir Fry night.

OH MY GOODNESS!  It makes ALL the difference!

Be brave, shop in the unusual sections in your grocery store and prepare to be amazed.  We didn’t have ONE scrap of noodle left from the recipe, not ONE!!!!!!!

*Note that all of the unusual ingredients in this recipe were easily found in my local, small town grocery store.

  1. I saw this recipe last week and thought that it would be easy enough, hubs would like it, and your encouragement about the weird ingredients pushed me to try it. Needless to say, hubs about threw a fit in the grocery store with all the uncharacteristic things we were buying! He admitted to me tonite after dinner that he was exceptionally apprehensive about the whole meal, but because he loved me, he let me try it anyway. Long story short, the results are in and hubs (and myself) LOVED it! Yes, i was a little nervous about Fish Sauce (had never heard of it, bought it, or tasted it before!) but the recipe was awesome! And now we have some of the staple ingredients on hand, so we can try the recipe again. Thanks for the fresh, neat recipe and the push to try something new! The grocery store had everything except cilantro (which was a travesty in my opinion). Thank you, Thank you! You are awesome!
